Terms of Service - Digital Media Management GmbH, hereafter DIMEMA
These Terms and Conditions will govern your membership to our websites when you become a member. By accessing, using, printing, installing, or downloading any material from this site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change. All rights reserved.
Changes are effective when posted on this site without notice upon each subscriber.


"Member" or "Membership", as referred to in this document shall mean: The subscriber or user of a valid username and password (login) for the site during the term of membership. "Site," as referred to in this document shall mean: The website for which you are purchasing a username and password (login) from DIMEMA in order to access that site and its materials and benefits of membership. "Subscriber," as referred to in this document shall mean: The end-user, consumer, of the services of the site and holder of a valid username and password (login) for the site. "Login," as referred to in this document shall mean: The combination of unique username and password that is provided by DIMEMA and used to access the site. A login is a license to use the site for a period of time that is specified. "Bookmarking," as referred to in is document shall mean: The act of placing a URL into a temporary file on the subscriber's browser so that the subscriber may return to that page at a future date directly, without passing through any pages that may have been precedent.

DIMEMA will provide one user-id to access the site and its contents for which you are purchasing membership.
Logins cannot be transferred from user to user or shared in any other way.


We have a great customer support team and we welcome any complaints, suggestions, criticisms, and compliments. Please write to help @ sinsupport.com. Our customer service representatives are available between 9-5 GST (+6 hrs EST), Monday through Friday.


If you would like to cancel your account, please go to the support site of the billing company you used for your subscription (direct links here) or inform our support team and we will take care of it for you. Members are free to cancel their membership at any time, but as memberships are recurring, we suggest that you contact our support at least 72 hours before the membership expires in order to ensure that you are not billed for the next month.

Our customer service representatives are available between 9-5 GST (+6 HRS EST), Monday through Friday.


We do not provide refunds for recurring memberships or credits purchased. If you feel you are entitled to a refund due to some special circumstances, please contact our support team and we will work with you on an individual basis.


PH-ENT.COM or DMM DIGITAL will appear on your credit card billing statement for all charges made through vxsbill.com. DIGITAL or PHENTERTAI will appear on your credit card billing statement for all charges made through epoch.com beside additional signatures made through cross sales and other billing providers. All applying signatures are displayed at each billing page.

Membership fees and billing fees per website and/or membership are displayed at all join and billing pages.


The Sites offer online entertainment, adult in nature, and which may contain graphic depictions, nudity, adult language, and descriptions of explicit sexual activity. You acknowledge that you are aware of the nature of the content provided by these Sites, that you are not offended by such content and that you access the Sites freely, voluntarily and willingly, and that your community standards allow you to view such materials no matter your age of majority. You must be at least 18 or 21 years of age, depending on the age of consent in your local community. You must have the legal authority to enter into this partnership.


Logos may not be used publicly except with express written permission from Digital Media Management GmbH, and may not be used in a manner that might confuse the consumer or discredit Digital Media Management GmbH.

The material and content accessible from our Site or Sites is owned by Digital Media Management GmbH who retains all rights, titles, and interest to the materials. They may not be copied, published, posted, transmitted, republished, or transmitted in any way without prior written consent, which for this site may be the case, should you contribute to a project and the terms of that contribution level allow you to use the content in certain ways. You may not remove or alter the watermark or alter the images.

All other content found on the Sites' photographs, video and audio clips, text, graphics, music, button icons, soundtracks, streaming data, images, downloadable materials, unless otherwise noted, are the property of Digital Media Management GmbH and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.


The credits that you purchase will remain valid for the life of your membership. Your account can have as many credits as you would like to purchase, but for security reasons the most you can buy at one time is 100. You cannot redeem credits for cash or any other form of credit. If you cancel your account while you still have credits, you will not be refunded for the amount of the remaining credits.
